SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Possible COVID-19 impact on your order:
1) Shipping times are longer and deliveries can be delayed by up to 2-4 weeks
2) Tracking code updates take longer than usual, due to limited workforce and cargo traffic in the logistics sector. During transit times, it can take a few weeks, until the tracking code will update

United States Orders: We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Depending on the Warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 12-24 Business Days, until you'll receive your order. It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, that will delay the shipping by a few days.
Outside United States: Please allow us a timeframe of 18-36 Business Days for shipping the goods to you. Exceptions are countries like South America, where shipping can take up to 58 Business Days.
We apologize for any inconviniences that may occur, as in individual cases, we may run out of stock on products we've had plenty of orders on and have to re-order them. Thus, Shipping, though infrequently, can be delayed.
- Shipping times do not include any customs processing times for international orders.
- Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
- Orders delivered outside of the USA will be subject to the delivery terms of the relevant postal service.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- Shipping charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
- Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.
- All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
